1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to heidisql-release.us and direct business inquiries to Northstar Query Works LLC, 310 S Harrington St, Suite 214, Raleigh, NC 27603, United States. It does not govern the official HeidiSQL project, third-party websites, or systems operated by our clients.

2. Information you provide

You may provide your name, work email, company, phone number, service interest, and the content of an inquiry. The website form uses a mailto: action: it opens your default email client and does not submit information to a Northstar web server. Do not send passwords, private keys, production connection strings, customer records, health information, payment card data, or other sensitive material.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most web hosting systems, the server may create basic security and access logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, referring page, user agent, and response status. This site does not include account creation, payment processing, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, session replay, or executable JavaScript.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, prepare requested proposals, deliver and administer agreed services, maintain business records, protect the website, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Email is not a secure channel for credentials or regulated data; contact us first if an engagement requires a controlled exchange method.
